What areas do you serve?
Englewood, Littleton, Centennial and south Denver daily, plus Cherry Hills Village, Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch, Lakewood, Aurora and Parker by request.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. LTA Construct LLC is registered and in good standing with the Colorado Secretary of State, Luke passed the ICC national residential building contractor exam in 2025, and an insurance certificate is available on request.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes. A walkthrough and a written, itemized estimate are free within the service area.
Do you do small jobs?
Yes. A mantel, a shelf, a punch list. Several reviews are for jobs that took a day.
Who will be in my house?
Luke, every day, plus licensed electricians, plumbers and HVAC trades he has worked with for years when the job needs them.
Do you pull permits?
Yes, and schedule the inspections. Homeowner-pulled permits shift liability to you, so LTA pulls them.
How do payments work?
A deposit for materials, progress payments at visible milestones, and the balance at completion.
Do you offer a warranty?
One year on workmanship. If it is Luke’s to fix, he comes back.
Can I supply my own materials?
Yes. Luke will check what you bought before install day so a missing part does not stall the job.
Do you do roofing or insurance restoration?
No. Luke will refer you to someone who does them well.
