Sink run with gray cabinets, quartz counters and a glass mosaic backsplash

Bathroom Remodeling in Englewood, CO

LTA Construct remodels bathrooms in Englewood and the surrounding south Denver suburbs, from vanity and fixture replacements to full tile-out remodels. A vanity and fixture update takes one to two days; a full bathroom remodel typically takes two to four weeks.

Bathrooms are where a careful contractor shows. Tile that lines up at the corners, a vanity scribed tight to the wall, a mirror centered on the faucet rather than the wall. Luke does this work himself.

One review describes the pattern: a fair estimate, a walkthrough where extra items were added without fuss, work scheduled promptly, and a problem with a part the client had bought solved on the morning of the install. That is how bathroom jobs go.

What clients say about this work

I hired LTA to replace a couple of bathroom vanities, mirrors, and light fixtures. Luke came out and provided a fair estimate. During the walkthrough, I also showed him several light switches that needed updating, and he had no problem adding them to the scope of work. The work was scheduled promptly, and Luke arrived right on time. On the morning of the installation, he discovered that I had purchased the wrong type of vanity for the existing under-sink plumbing. He went above and beyond by helping me exchange it, and he still completed the entire job within the timeframe he originally promised. The quality of the work was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding. I will definitely be calling LTA again for future handyman projects around my home. Highly recommended!

Luke and his team did an outstanding job tackling a whole list of projects around our house before we put it on the market. He handled drywall repairs, fixed our water fountain, adjusted and repaired cabinet doors, painted our entry doors, and re-did grout. They did all the repairs with the same level of care and attention to detail. It’s rare to find someone who’s equally skilled across so many different types of work, and Luke made what could have been a headache of a multi-project job feel completely seamless. He was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in doing things right rather than just fast. Every project was completed to a high standard, and the results spoke for themselves. Our house sold the very first weekend it was listed, over asking price. I have no doubt the work Luke did helped make that happen. I’d highly recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable handyman who can handle a variety of repairs without cutting corners, especially if you’re prepping a home for sale. Adam

Questions people ask

Can I supply my own vanity and fixtures?

Yes. Many clients do. Luke will check what you bought before install day so a missing part does not stall the job. If something is wrong, he will tell you what to exchange it for.

How long is the bathroom out of service?

For a vanity swap, a few hours. For a full remodel, the shower is down for the duration, so plan on using another bath for 2 to 4 weeks.

Do you do tile yourself?

Yes. Layout, cuts and waterproofing are done in-house, which is why the corners line up.

Can you add storage in a small bath?

Usually. Recessed niches, a built-in linen cabinet or a custom vanity with real drawers make more difference than square footage.
