Luke Adkins, owner and carpenter
If it’s worth building, it’s worth building right. That line is on the Google profile because it is how Luke works, not because it sounds good.
Luke has spent 25+ years in the trades, most of it as a finish carpenter: cabinets, stairs, trim, built-ins, the parts of a house people touch. He formed LTA Construct LLC in 2025 to run whole projects the way he runs a staircase, with one person responsible for how it turns out.
He passed the International Code Council’s national residential building contractor examination in July 2025, and the company is registered and in good standing with the Colorado Secretary of State. Ask for the insurance certificate and you will have it the same day.
Custom home builders hire him for the details that define a house. Homeowners hire him for kitchens, basements and the built-in that has been on the list for five years. Both say the same things in their reviews: he shows up, he communicates, and the work is right.

Luke and his team did an outstanding job tackling a whole list of projects around our house before we put it on the market. He handled drywall repairs, fixed our water fountain, adjusted and repaired cabinet doors, painted our entry doors, and re-did grout. They did all the repairs with the same level of care and attention to detail.
