Craftsman Window Trim
Bare, water-stained window sills replaced with new craftsman-style casing, stools and aprons throughout a home.

The problem
Windows with no trim at all, just drywall returns and a rough sill that had taken on water.
What Luke did
Luke cut back the damaged sills, installed new stools and aprons, and cased each window with flat craftsman trim, then caulked and painted. Corner windows were trimmed to meet cleanly.
The result
The cheapest change on this site with the biggest effect per window.
