Do you subcontract?
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC and sometimes tile and drywall go to licensed trades Luke has worked with for years. Carpentry, cabinetry, trim, stairs and built-ins are done in-house.
Do you do repairs, not just remodels?
Yes. Punch lists, pre-sale repairs, a door that will not close, a railing that wobbles. Small jobs are welcome.
Is there anything you do not do?
Roofing and insurance restoration are not services LTA Construct offers. Luke will refer you to someone who does them well.
